This is the time of year where we spread the joy of being in this great world we live in. We show appreciation of what we have, what we have accomplished, and the families we have. This past Thanksgiving is one of them. Then, comes the additional holidays of which you choose to celebrate.

Looking ahead to the holidays, it’s all about families and everything else. Many of you are fortunate to have young families of your own, and have the job security you have to make a great living. This is another family-friendly community located near one on the most popular shopping destinations in “the valley”. The location is great for families since it’s near Pinnacle High School and other schools in the Paradise Valley Unified School District. There are two home builders in the complex including Del Webb and Pulte Homes. The subdivision has a Homeowners Association (HOA) which provides athletic fields, courts, swimming pools, work out facilities and meeting areas for parties! Pulte and Del Webb Homes are providing are single-family residential real estate for you and your family in this destination location.  Why is it a destination location? You have easy access to the Loop 101 that will send you to any direction in “the valley” and is close to one of the main highway arteries, sending you directly to Downtown Phoenix! Windgate Ranch, Phoenix Real Estate:

Here’s is another care-free resort style community that’s great for the whole family. This community is surrounded with desert landscape including McDowell Mountains, with convenient access to hiking and mountain biking trails in North Scottsdale!  Inside the community, the Homeowners association features a resort-style amenities, featuring designated activity buildings, a playground, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, and pools including a lap pool. The subdivision is currently being developed by luxury home builder, Toll Brothers.  These one or two-story homes have semi-custom floor plans. The price range start at the $500K’s with the Ocotillo Collection by Toll Brothers in this wonderful location. The subdivision is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from the northeast section of the 101 and Westworld of Scottsdale. If you are looking for a new home with superior design with mountainous surroundings and the recreation it provides, this is the area for you!
